I'm thrilled to share some fantastic news with you: a brand-new Margaritaville Resort is coming to The Wharf in Orange Beach!

I've been fortunate enough to work closely with several partners on this exciting project. Recently, I had the privilege of attending the exclusive VIP gathering where the project was officially announced!

Construction Timeline

The construction for this unprecedented 70+ acre community is set to kick off in 2025, with an expected completion date in 2026. This timeline gives us plenty of time to anticipate all the incredible features and amenities that will soon be part of our community.

The new Margaritaville Resort will be a true paradise, offering 6 acres of amenities designed to delight residents and visitors alike. Some of the highlights include:
